Leyla's cooking journey started a long time ago with her aunt Peri, a great cook, and her 'to live for' chocolate profiteroles. Her grandma from France was also a dessert expert. Leyla inherited their fine talents and infuses her recipes with passion and joy. She has tasted the finest chocolates in Paris, London, and Brussels and trained in a Swiss Hotel in Istanbul and in Montreal at the Barry Callebaut chocolate school. She earned a BA in International Relations and lived in England for two years. After working for GM and 3M for more than 17 years she decided to follow her dream.
Our group projects:
Made a short chocolate program for Turkuaz TV in 2003.
Participate in 'Eat to the Beat' a breast cancer fundraising event since 2003.
Working on a cookbook about an Island between Greece and Turkiye in Aegean Sea.
